NO SMOKING
A BIG THANKYOU TO EVERYONE FOR SUPPORTING THE CLUB THROUGH WHAT HAS BEEN A DIFFICULT PERIOD FOR MANY ESTABLISHMENTS. WE NEED MEMBERS TO ATTEND THE CLUB ON A REGULAR BASIS TO KEEP PRICES DOWN AND THE PLACE IN GOOD ORDER. THE LOSS OF OUR SMOKERS THROUGH NO FAULT OF OUR OWN WOULD HAVE BEEN A MAJOR BLOW.

Concert Hall
Did you know that subject to agreement by the Management Committee members may book the concert hall on Friday nights for birthday parties etc. free of charge! ( NO 18TH PARTIES)
You should give at least 6 weeks notice, and your request should be in writing addressed to the Committee. Any request for an extention will be subject to a £50 charge
You may use your own entertainment and provide a buffet if you wish.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CLUBS DJ IS NOW SUBJECT TO THE FULL CHARGE AS MADE BY HIM ON THE DATE OF THE BOOKING
All bookings are subject to usual licensing laws, and all guests are the responsibility of the member in whose name the booking is made.
NOW SUBJECT TO A RETURNABLE £50 DEPOSIT
Due to Insurance reasons we cannot allow pushchairs, prams, into the club. Invalid chairs are however allowed. Sorry for any inconvenience, but we would not be covered in the event of an accident.
MEMBERSHIP
ANY MEMBER WHO HAS NOT PAID THEIR SUBS ARE NOW LAPSED AND CANNOT ENTER THE CLUB EVEN AS A GUEST. IF THEY WISH TO RE-JOIN THEN THEY MUST WRITE TO THE COMMITTEE WHOSE DECISION TO TAKE THEM BACK IS FINAL AND USUALLY SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF BACK-SUBS AND A FINE.
